For your peace of mind, the 30 year guarantee is MANUFACTURER DATABASED & BACKED; call outs are FREE and are always serviced by in-house engineers.

Electrik Heating Solutions offer a 30 year warranty on the fireclay ceramic cores of their heaters. As the manufacturer, they guarantee that they will be free from defects for 30 years. As their agent in South East England, we would service that warranty for them if it becomes necessary.

This means that we would replace or repair your heater free of charge if it is found to be defective as a result of their workmanship within the warranty period. Importantly, your warranty is registered with the factory in Germany so you have the peace of mind that comes from having a direct connection with the factory, should it ever be needed.

The fireclay stones with moulded-in heating elements come with a 30 year warranty.
The electronic thermostats (which are modular so they can be easily replaced) come with a 2 to 4 year warranty depending on the model.
